Hey, this morning. I found this.

Looks like Merchant Account Solutions has been "Dis-Credit" from BBB.

YES!!! Victory... I smell victory.... ahhhh sooo good.

Also, I got bumped up to Luisa from Apple.
Luisa has a title, "Specialist"
We'll see how special magical power Luisa posses....

Luisa asks me "What did you consider inappropriate?"

Well, let me say... 

Deceive you to sign a document on online when you don't even know that you are giving them an "e-signature" and getting money taken of your bank, I find it inappropriate.

When you protests, you are facing with "oh, but you singed a document, hahaha. If you want to terminate your contract. Pay us $545, loser!!!" is very inappropriate too. 

What really pisses me off is this "early termination fee of $545"

They say, I signed the contract for 3 years with them and if I close my account before that, that will cost me $545.

If I keep the account, at minimum account fee will be about $13.00 per month. That would be  13 x 12 months = 156 and 156 x 3 years = 468

So, $545 comes from this $468...

You either bite your nails every month and see $13.00 to go into their pockets

Or, pay $545 and say good by to scumbags.

I bet, a lot of people do pay $545 and say good bye. 

Because that's easier. 

And reason for this number $545 is well designed by scumbags. 

It's not too much money where you are going to totally broke but still hurts. Yet, still payable. 

Damn... they are not stupid. 

High school buddies from Thousand Oaks High School. 

That's where they have met and started this gig. 

"Hey! Let's start some biz where we can rip off people!!"

Reaching out to the big bosses....

So, I probably should spend my energy growing my business.

I know...I know...

However, if some scumbags like Merchant Account Solutions, iPayment Inc and Integrated Card Services Inc. Try to pull shit like this to me...

I will do anything, I mean legally of course. but ANYTHING to prevent these assholes to take advantage of small fish like myself.

So, small fish is SMALL and power-less.

But fish can be smart.
Like street smart.


I decided to reach out to the big bosses, 
watch me!! scumbags!!


Here is what I did

1) Reach out to Better Business Bureau (http://www.bbb.org/santa-barbara/)
and file complaint against Merchant Account Solutions and iPayment Inc.
2) Reach out to Business Consumer Alliance (http://www.businessconsumeralliance.org/) and file complaint against Merchant Account Solutions.
3) Reach out to Apple/iTune store and file complaint against Integrated Card Services inc and also asked take off cared swipe apps off from iTune store.

1) and 2), within 2 days, I got their response and was told my complaint was sent to the company and scumbags have 3 weeks to officially reply to my complaint.

Hey! That's nice!!!

Now my little fish cry voice is making some noise.

Hehehehehe...


I can't wait what Apple has to say about my complaint....

"Ring Ring"!!

I got a call on my business phone, which I just had opened... nobody should know this number yet?
hmmm strange..

Well, because I gave away my info on "You Are Dumb" app on my iPhone.
Someone got it and now they are calling...

Talking about modern times.....

Just the other day, I received a sales call

"Congratulations! you are selected company to be featured on Google search. YOUR BUSINESS will be on the top of their search engine!!"

"Oh, well thank you very much and FUCK YOU"


OK. Let's go back to "Bad Credit Card Processing Companies"

So sales person was from a company called

Merchant Account Solutions

If, you ever hear this name.

RUN

Seriously, run like a hell. ( or, blog about it like I am doing it here. )


However, sales person from this company was very pleasant. Very polite and sounded smart.
I like smart people.

Then I don't have to explain top to bottom.

His name is Mr. Logan Distefano.
He told me "Oh, thank you for applying for blur blur blur." "I will help you setup your merchant account blur blur blur." "It's easy as 1.2.3. and A.B.C and do.re.me, blur more and more"

Well, he didn't exactly said last "easy as 123" but you get a picture.

He sends me an email with link.
Says, "Just go online and enter your company's information, banking account number, TAX ID, and type in your name then you are all set!!!"

"Wow..... so incredibly easy!!"

Well, company name is ICS... Intergrated Card Services.
But in front, they use

Merchant Account Solutions

So they have very well planed out mechanism to feed more victims into their plot.


"We give you a free card swipe"
"You will be charged only when you swipe the card"

Hey, he sounded professional. Courteous. I like this kid.
I am going to go online and find more about him, just because.. you know...

I have so much info about Merchant Account Solutions and their CEO, Vice president and their associates, families, their kids...I see the connections there... Modern time is wonderful.
You get to be a detective in no time!!!

I searched iPhone/iPad apps with their ICS (Integrated Card Services Inc)

Dude... they got this much scam apps on iTune... well, I recognize my "You Are Dumb" app. 

It was this one.

It was a simple curiosity...

This is a blog about my business against Bad Credit Card Processing Companies.

To be specific, those are called

1) Merchant Account Solutions
2) Integrated Card Services
3) International Card Services
4) iPayment Inc

Well, GUESS WHAT?

All these bad companies listed above are the same company.

They just keep changing names and locations.
What does it tell you???

I found out about this hard way. I hope blogging about my experience will catch people's attention and they make smart choice based on the available information.

I wish I had been more careful and smart about it.......

My story is not about my business but about my battle against those bad companies out there to take advantage of people like us.

Small business owners.

They know that we wear multiple hats and busy with everyday tasks.
Headache after headache, limited resources.....


I was just curious about credit card processing app that I can download on my iPhone.

Click! > yes, magic sound... in your head, of course.

Then I had an app called "I forgot what" -sorry, it was so generic, I don't remember.
It's a generic credit card reading/processing app.
Let's just call it "Your Are Dumb"

The important lesson is:
"Don't download app that you don't know well!!!!"

Well, as stupid as I am, YES, I did.

And Yes, with a little push of excitement, I stupidly applied to get so called "Apply for Free Card Reader!!!"

Hmmmm.......FREE.... I love free stuff. (Who doesn't?)

So, I started to give away my information, like a fool... name of the business. telephone number....

"Ring Ring"!!!!


My business phone rings immediately.

WTF

You Are Dumb App sends my telephone number to some-bad-ass company and their shark sales person started to calling me!!!



Wow......is this magic?


No, it's a scam, dummy...

This was the beginning of my nightmare.....
